@ACT OF ANGER & FEAR: Anger activate from insecurities of egoism, sometimes it is address to finding the right and wrong for making miserable situation. On the other hand, fear activate for coming out from the comfort zone.
Both are torturing for anyone, through acting such following the order without the reasonable intention. So, are not both vulnerable and guilt? One is by feeding their arrogance and another is being silent by safe playing.
So, what kind of position you want to take finally it would be circle on you, unless you are not able to get the deeper level of understanding the traits of this roots.
@CHANGE IS STRENGTH: If that is happen for a good reason though it is hard most of time, but it is needed sometimes. Yes it is hard to change completely, because of your surrounding. But it is necessary and not only for you, but also your all around in fact for your entire reformation.
In another point no one can change you, until you wish to change yourself, others are only can support or irritate you. But it is possible with or without anyone, when you find your own value. So, you are the only one who is responsible for everything, what you want or wish to have.
