If you driven by the ego most of time then life will be miserable, so be aware of your thinking. Because arrogant mind can make you feel unfriendly and shameful. Even they make jokes on themselves unconsciously, and others can take this chance to criticize, also make fun behind of their activity.
Some another group may create unethical environment because of their superior complexity of overconfident, which is influenced by their little success. But we need to remember, this is not the end for showing everything and there is some other side can begin again.
Actually, some people think they are more qualified than others, and can show easily disrespect to those, who can be once a better example as guidance to their lifetime. We should not forget how long we had to struggled to achieve our dream, otherwise it might take less than that time to break and fall down to the dust at the end.
The accomplishment of overconfidence makes them more arrogant than their real achievement. Some might have realization if they have any sense or experiences, others may ruin their position by this time. Therefore, this is necessary to learn to be a kind and humble that who you really are by knowing your real value. And that does not matter as the real person whatever position you belong in that time, but it is must be going to the higher turn.
This is also right, sometimes you need to show some of self-importance for your self-respect, if you are irritated by some or someone again and again. Even after giving your all efforts but again appear the same by their egoistic complain, then that doesn't make any sense that you will still like to have that situation for your progress.
Because there is very little chance to recover and can be work out that relation. So, it would be wiser decision to move on from that immediately, and don't need to be sad. Because after that you will find some real those will be more valuable for your entire lifetime.
Need to mention another fact, that we are surrounded by various kind of people in our around, and it is normal sometimes will be raise issues and difficulties.
But in this situation, we have to solve this with love, compassion even with patience and justice through our understanding. So that without biased force, we can establish our great ethical value to make better place where we finally worth to live.
